HelpYour DPDP rights

How do data-principal rights (DSAR) requests work?

The DPDP Act gives Data Principals rights to access (§11), correction/erasure (§12) and grievance redressal (§13). NoIdMe provides the request intake, verified-principal sessions to authorise destructive actions, fulfilment workflows and an evidence trail.

If you're an individual exercising rights against a company that uses NoIdMe, contact that company (the Data Fiduciary) directly — NoIdMe acts as their processor. See Your rights and running a DSAR.
