Non-essential tags stay inert until their purpose is consented — then activate. Turn on the optional network shim and requests to ~25 known tracker hosts are dropped at the browser, not just deferred. Consent before processing, never after.
A receipt you can prove
Every accept becomes a signed consent receipt — tamper-evident, timestamped, with a public verify endpoint and published keys. Anyone can confirm exactly what was shown and chosen, later, without trusting your own logs. No entry-tier banner can do this.
