This is the privacy notice for the www.noidme.comwebsite. When you use a NoIdMe product as a Data Fiduciary's end-user, that fiduciary's own notice governs — NoIdMe acts as a Data Processor under a §8(2) Data Processing Agreement.

What this website collects

  • Strictly-necessary cookie — a single local value remembering your cookie choice. Set without consent (it is exempt); see the Cookie Policy.
  • Analytics — privacy-respecting, aggregate, and loaded only if you accept in the cookie banner. No cross-site tracking, no ad cookies.
  • Contact / demo requests — if you submit a form, the name, email and message you provide, used solely to respond. The form posts to our own Cloudflare Worker endpoint — no third-party form processor; see Contact.

What we do NOT do

  • No selling or sharing of personal data with advertisers.
  • No tracking pixels or ad-tech on this site.
  • No profiling of website visitors.

Lawful basis & retention

Website analytics rest on your consent (§6); contact data rests on taking steps at your request. We keep contact data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then delete it.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or erasure of data this website holds about you, and may withdraw analytics consent at any time via the cookie banner. Email contact@noidme.com. For data held by a Data Fiduciary that uses NoIdMe, exercise your rights with that fiduciary (we'll assist them as processor).

Hosting

This site is a static site served from Cloudflare's global edge (Cloudflare Workers). Cloudflare may transiently process standard request metadata (e.g. IP, user-agent) for security and delivery as our infrastructure sub-processor. The contact form posts to our own Cloudflare Worker endpoint — there is no third-party form tracker.
